Irish Dental Jobs has recently launched IRELANDS FIRST EVER Dental Jobs Portal! As many may be confused with Irish Dental Jobs having 2 websites and 2 services for dental practices, and also different services for candidates this blog post will explain all! 

What is a Job Portal?

Well, a Job Portal is essentially a Portal where an employer, in this case, a dental practice can log-in, have their own dashboard, and manage the whole recruitment process in one place, for instance, send emails to candidates, accept or reject applications, arrange interviews and save CV's. Everything recruitment is in one place! 

For candidates, it allows them to again log-in, has their own dashboard, apply for jobs, save jobs and manage their dental job process in one place! 

It is basically a portal where the employer and candidate can come together in one place, instead of sending emails etc. 

How is it Irelands First Ever Dental Job Portal?

Well, you are probably thinking there are some places were you can advertise your dental job, such as the IDNA or the IDA. These are not Job Portals but simply Job Boards, were candidates can only look and send an email. Employers cannot manage the whole recruitment process and receive applications from these websites only emails. Many candidates would rather click apply, as opposed to emailing. 

You also have sites such as Jobs.ie, IrishJobs.ie etc. these are job portals however they are NOT EXCLUSIVE TO DENTAL. 

Why do you have two websites?

This website is our traditional recruitment website irishdentaljobs.ie- THIS IS A VETTED SITE, our candidates have been vetted and have already gone for interviews. We provide dental practices with advice anytime they need it and we do the recruitment process from start to finish!

Our newly launched site irishdentaljobs.com is our Advertising site! We are referring to this site as InterDental Jobs to avoid confusion with the names of both our services! As there are many dental practices in the country who may have someone already in place to do all recruiting or for those who will never understand the value of our traditional recruitment service we have come up with this solution. You can now log-in and post your dental job at a lower cost! 

We decided that as these are two different services many may become confused thus, resulting in two websites!

What are the Fees? 

The fees start from €500 - €1,500. We currently have 3 job packages -

• Our Basic Package is €500 which includes one job posting for 30 days.
• Our second is €650 this includes one job posting for 30 days, one ad graphic created, social media promotion to our followers - a total reach of 7,000+ and also a Facebook Ad worth €20 which could potentially reach an additional 5,000+. 
• Our third package is the star package - this one is the most beneficial to dental practices nationwide - it is at a cost of €1,500. However, the benefits are amazing!! 

You will get the same as the previous packages - along with;

• Featured on our monthly newsletter
• We will email our candidates in your location
• We will advertise your job on both our recruitment site and advertising site - allowing you access to our fully vetted and interviewed candidates

And how do they compare to others?

Jobs.ie & IrishJobs.ie charge €795+23%VAT amounting to nearly €1,000 - this is a waste of money as they are not exclusive to dental.

IDA & IDNA ranges from €50-€250 - these are not job portals you cannot manage the recruitment process from the one place - you cannot receive CV's nor can you accept/reject or send emails from these sites. These sites do not offer the benefits that Irish Dental Jobs do - we are Irelands ONLY Dental recruiting agency - no one else in the country retains a dental candidate database  - nor do these sites promote the job for you through social media or any other online form. 

What if I don't find the right candidate?

This is the thing, we are IRELANDS ONLY Dental Recruitment Agency - there is no one in the country like us. We have 10 years experience in dental recruiting along with a database of 5,000+ candidates. Once we are promoting your job we can nearly guarantee you will find and receive the right candidates as it is only dental candidates that come to us. 

However, if you do not find the right candidate within the 30 days prior to your post expiry - you can avail of our traditional recruitment service at any time - Marguerite - Company CEO will take over the recruiting process and find you the right candidate for your practice. 

What is the difference for candidates?

On the advertising site, we cannot give any advice or assist candidates as it will be third parties i.e. dental practices nationwide who will be advertising as opposed to going with our traditional recruitment service. We will not be working with them on the role and therefore we cannot offer any help or advice on the advertising site.
