While the position is for an Orthodontic Therapist, as a dentist, you will be able to bring your advanced clinical skills into practice, and your salary will reflect this added value. Over the past few years, at IDJ we’ve successfully placed dentists into similar roles. Many of these dentists were either seeking to gain more experience in orthodontics or pursuing a master's in the field. Typically, these professionals would work as a Dental Associate for a few days a week while spending the rest of their time in an orthodontic practice, allowing them to grow and gain invaluable experience.
