- A 4-chair dental facility situated within a thriving Primary Care Centre alongside medical GPs, podiatry, and a pharmacy.
- A strong, team consisting of general dentists, a growing orthodontic practice, and highly skilled support staff.
- A commitment to delivering excellent dental care to private and medical card patients.
The practice culture fosters professionalism, patient-focused care, and a supportive environment for both staff and Associates.
Position Overview
We are seeking a Full-Time Associate Dentist. This role involves taking over an established patient base, with a lucrative chair history averaging €300 per hour gross turnover over 40 hours per week, year-round.
Start Date: February 4, 2025
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (flexible hours available for the right candidate).

- Efficient Systems:
- Pre-paid appointments to maintain low FTA/DNA rates.
- Dedicated administration ensuring accurate and prompt payments.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional dental care to a mix of private and medical card patients.
- Maintain and build upon an existing patient load.
- Work together as a team with support staff to ensure seamless patient care.
Desired Traits and Qualifications
- Empathy and Emotional Intelligence: Exceptional patient communication and care.
- Professional Progression: Willingness to expand skills and services.
- Experience: Previous experience as an Associate Dentist is preferred.
- Certification: IDC certified, with the ability to work as a self-employed Associate in Ireland.
