- Team: 9 dedicated professionals, including 3 dentists, 2 hygienists, and 3 nurses/receptionists.

Your New Role: As the Practice Manager, you’ll be at the helm of operations, overseeing patient care, team management, and practice growth. Here’s a glimpse of what you’ll be doing:
Patient Management
- Oversee the entire patient journey, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from start to finish.
- Engage directly with patients, understanding their needs, and resolving any concerns.
- Maintain strong ties with the local community to support patient engagement and practice growth.
People Management
- Lead, motivate, and inspire the team to reach their full potential.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and support team members through training and development.
- Efficiently manage staff schedules, and locum cover, and ensure all compliance documentation is up to date.
Practice Management
- Conduct and contribute to practice meetings, ensuring smooth operations and communication.
- Oversee reception operations, ensuring first-class service and effective appointment management.
- Manage the practice environment, ensuring it remains safe, clean, and professional.
Performance Management
- Analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Lead marketing efforts to increase patient numbers and practice revenue.
