Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday
Requirements: Must be a Registered Dental Nurse with the Irish Dental Council
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Dental Nurse to join our team for a temporary rolling assignment for approximately six months. This position is based in a National Health Service in West Dublin and requires availability on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday each week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide chairside assistance to the dentist during procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms, sterilise instruments, and ensure all equipment is maintained to the highest standards
- Support and reassure patients, demonstrating empathy and kindness throughout their treatment
- Maintain accurate patient records and assist with administrative duties as needed
- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols
- Work effectively as part of a dedicated healthcare team
Requirements:
- Registered Dental Nurse with the Irish Dental Council (Essential)
- Strong experience in dental nursing
- Exceptional patient care skills, with a compassionate and understanding approach
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
